Dorothy G. Begley age 76 of Lynchburg died Monday, February 28, 2005 at the Laurels of Hillsboro. She was born October 20, 1928 in Middlesex County, New Jersey the daughter of the late Richard and Margaret Rogers Cappella. She was a member of the Allensburg Church of Christ. On July 15, 1967 she married Berlie B. Begley who preceded her in death September 22, 2000. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Doug Griffith of Lynchburg, grandchildren, Jeremy (Julia) Griffith, Shannon (Derren) Bagford both of Lynchburg, great grandchildren, Jordan Wilkin, Baylee Bagford, Jillian, Jenna and Jana Griffith, and a step-great grandson, Derek Bagford. Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her brother, John Cappella and sisters, Mary Izzo, Geraldine Reed, Lucille Jegou, and Bette Wehringer. Graveside services will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 3, 2005 at the Lynchburg Masonic Cemetery. Bob Stevens will officiate. There will be no visitation.
