Emily Bailey, age 84, of Leesburg, died Tuesday, July 11, 2006 at Edgewood Manor in Greenfield.  She was born November 17, 1921 in Locust Grove, Ohio the daughter of the late Samuel and Elizabeth Beekman Mowrey.  She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Vera McDaniel of Leesburg, Jimmy Tolle of Leesburg, Richard Tolle of Leesburg, Elma Cox of Delaware, Deloris Cogan of Leesburg, and Garnet Miller of Leesburg; and several great-nieces and nephews.   In addition to her parents, she was preceded by two husbands; and she was the last of her brother and sisters.  Graveside funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 13, 2006 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Leesburg.  There will be no visitation.  The Turner Funeral Home, Leesburg is serving the family.
