I was so sad to read of your husbands death. I'm not sure if you remember me at Heartland the 1st day evaluation by the OT (Me) but sure you recall the phone ordeal! It was a very short time I knew him but could tell right off he was a great person and wonderful caring man. Just wanted to express my sympathy for you loss. I'm so pleased he was at home with you.
